my story

“My Story” becomes quite the novel when you’ve had over 50 years of life! I’ve been a seeker since I was born. Eager for a life that is full of rich experiences, inner and outer connection, and deep meaning. This has required me to get out of my comfort zone often. It’s taken courage and tenacity, perseverance and passion.  There have been times when I’ve been down on my knees. Through those times I have learnt that we all have the inner resources within us to direct our life where we wish it to go. I believe that our super power is our mind and our soul is our guiding light. To find out more about who I am and delve deeper into my story, pop into my Journal below. Thanks for being here!

my values

Connection

In our current society where people are increasingly feeling isolated and disconnected we need connection more than ever. Connection with others. Connection with ourselves. Connection with something larger than ourselves.

Celebration

Celebration as part of daily life. Celebrating others. Celebrating myself ( I can forget that one!). Celebrating the awe and wonder and beauty that is all around us.

Consciousness

The moment to moment practice of waking up from the trance.  Awareness is Everything. It's not easy, but nothing worthwhile ever is.

Courage

Courage to begin, Courage to make mistakes, Courage to try again. Courage to be honest and transparent. Courage to get out of my comfort zone and to live true to myself, shining my full expression into this world.

Creativity

Creativity is our life force energy coming out to play. Play creates joy and also frees and focusses the monkey mind.

Compassion

Compassion for others in their experience. Compassion for ourselves (we forget that one often too!).

Care

Care for myself. Care for others. Care for how I touch this planet. Care for where I choose to spend my energy and resources.

Capability

Getting outside my comfort zone. Expanding my capabilities. Continual learning and personal growth.

P.S…I didn’t try to make everything begin with “C”.  It just happened.
