How’s winter going for you?
Do you love it or loathe it? Or perhaps you are completely indifferent and don’t take much notice of the seasons?

It’s one of the biggest new things I’ve ever done. And like all new things that we feel we CAN’T DO but find that we CAN DO – its incredibly empowering.

Yellow makes me smile. Yellow is sunflowers. Yellow is butter melting in the pan on a slow Sunday morning. Yellow is egg yolks and new beginnings. Yellow is opportunity. Yellow is a warm glow. Yellow is hope. 

On any journey we need our supporters and cheerleaders. Surround yourself with believers, with inspirational and courageous people, with explorers and star gazers, with people who have a growth mindset.

After Renee and Jordan at Done By Nine told me my website was LIVE I couldn’t look at it for a week. Of course, I knew already what it looked like. I had been working on this for a year after all (my whole life in fact). But everything feels different when “it’s out there,” you know.

My website is Live!  And miraculously I am still Alive.

I believe that to thrive in life we must learn to welcome all our emotions. Even the ones we often label as “bad”.

Who am I? Is a powerful question. You have the power to decide who you want to be.
